We create fully refurbished and modern houses that are future proof.

After working for over 15 years in my own company People Matter(s) as a consultant, trainer and coach in human resources for private people and organisations in different sectors, I have decided in 2018 to reorient my career and to follow my passion for interior design and real estate.

Dieter Willems

I have been working in construction and renovation for the past 20 years in my own company Project17. During this period, I skilled myself in all construction domains. I believe in life long learning to keep myself updated on modern techniques. I am still actively working on the construction sites.

Julie Deconinck

I have been an interior stylist for 3 years. As a young girl I was already bitten by the interior microbe, so I decided to turn my passion into my profession. I always try to understand my customer and to express what they really want through my personal insight and creativity. When people say to me, "you have exactly understood what we wanted, but we were unable to work it out". That's what I do it for! That is the essence of the job that I perform with so much passion!
