60 % of the Flemish houses has been built before 1970 and is ready to be torn down or begs for a complete renovation. Via entire renovation and interior projects, we create fully refurbished and modern houses that are future proof within the Loftit brand.
We give houses a new look and feel by completely stripping them, renewing everything from A-Z, such as electricity, sanitary, windows and doors, isolation, .... making sure they have all modern comfort and are future proof. We use high quality standards and materials and all renovated houses have very good EPC-certificates. We do not only sell renovated houses, but we also do complete/partly renovations in your own property (house, apartment, airbnb or students house). We can assist you in setting up your own b&b/airbnb.
We have renovated and now run our own airbnb's with all modern comfort, both in Belgium and in Spain. Check out our airbnb's in Leuven, Zeebrugge and Marbella, all brand new and comfortable places for 8 guests. We are currently working on an airbnb renovation project in the center of Antwerp.
